ODMS R6 has the ability to work hand in hand with the Dragon NaturallySpeaking (DNS) software. A recorded dictation file can be converted to text automatically using voice recognition software. ODMS R6 comes with a collection of voice recognition functions that have been dramatically improved and enhanced. The Dictation Module provides the following functions.
- Automatic voice recognition of dictation files downloaded from a device. (Background Voice Recognition)
- Simultaneous voice recognition during direct recording with a microphone. (Real-Time Voice Recognition)
- Correction of voice recognition results using a special text editor (Voice Recognition Editor)
- Feedback of voice recognition result corrections to the voice recognition engine for improved recognition accuracy. (Voice Adaption)
These are key features that make good selling points for the ODMS R6 software.
